It takes about two months to set up the Oktoberfest on the Theresienwiese fairgrounds. Two busy weeks of activity, with Ferris wheels and merry-go-rounds, cotton candy and roasted oxen follow. After that, the festival tents, rides, stands and sideshows are dismantled. It's an exciting business that deserves a closer look.
